Best papers at AUTOMED 2021 will be published in a special issue in the journal at-Automatisierungstechnik from de Gruyter: https://www.degruyter.com/view/journals/auto/auto-overview.xml?language=en.
The Conference Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to submit a paper for consideration for the AUTOMED Conference.
Papers must be submitted online through the paper submission portal until the deadline March 1, 2021 (23:59 CEST).
Paper submission deadline is March 1, 2021.
PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
Only papers of authors who have paid their registration fees by Monday, April 19, 2021 will be included in the Scientific Programme and will be published as open access paper in the AUTOMED 2021 community on the EU-funded scientific open access platform: Zenodo (https://zenodo.org) with a CCBY 4.0 license.
Paper Preparation
Accepted papers will be published in the AUTOMED 2021 community on the EU-funded scientific platform: Zenodo as they are submitted in the paper submission system. Since there will be no editing process on the papers, the authors are required to avoid any typing errors, misordering of the authors, wrong spelling/writing about the institutions, etc.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation type according to the requirements of the scientific program.
The paper themes for year 2021 are:
- Equipment for diagnostics and therapy
- Modelling, simulation, and control
- Measurement and sensor technology
- Biosignals and image processing
- Rehabilitation and homecare
- Ventilation and monitoring technology / intensive care
- Smart instruments, navigation & robotics
- Human-machine interaction and risk management
- Neuroprosthetics, bioimplants, and artificial organs
- Telemedicine and ambient assisted living
Paper should consist of an abstract (not more than 100 words) and four sections given below:
Introduction
Material and Methods
Results and Discussion
Conclusion
Images, tables, diagrams and graphs are allowed within the above 4 sections.
If applicable author should also include Acknowledgments, Author’s Statement, References.
* Please do not submit multiple copies of the same paper.
When the submission process is finalized, you will see your paper under the heading "Submitted Papers". Your paper should be seen there with a status “Submitted”. In case it is seen “Saved as Draft”, please kindly turn back and check the steps of your submission. Please be aware that the Scientific Committee will not receive "Save as Draft" and these therefore CANNOT be taken into consideration in the paper evaluation process.
Upon submitting a paper a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the contact author who has submitted the paper.
If edits are required on the already submitted paper please contact conference secretariat via mrodic@kenes.com.
Evaluation Process and Acceptance Letters
All submitted papers will be scored by at least 2 members of the Scientific Committee.
Acceptance letters will be sent by Monday, 29 March 2021 via e-mail. Relevant information about the paper 's presentation including the presentation date, time, venue, presentation number will be included in the acceptance letters.
The paper presenting author must be registered for the conference at the latest by Monday, 19 April 2021.
Submitted papers whose presenting authors do not register for the conference and do not complete the payment by the deadline will be removed from the scientific programme and will not be published in the AUTOMED 2021 community on the EU-funded scientific platform: Zenodo.
